For years we are treated like trash: only used and abused before we are thrown away when “cost cutting” measures are put into effect. Those left are no better off as they end up having more work distributed to them, which adds more pressure to an already stressful situation. I’ve been with UH for over 8 years and the only thing I can look forward to is my number being punched.
