Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

RUMBLINGS

Heard some big new rumblings (departures) in the upper echelons of Aero (Electronic/C—pit Systems/AT). Can anyone confirm? Looks like MM at play, for not meeting AOP.

Oh good. Time to get rid of those d—beats in Transitions. They continue to grow in numbers but do very little specially the managers and leadership.

@2ttu+19Pz9hsK Thx for the info. I heard one of them is "retiring". Not sure whether that is true. He didn't seem the retiring "type" or "age".

@2flp, thanks for the clarification. So many Mikes to choose from, but I am going to assume MI and MS leaving. If so, I am glad to see the continuous search for scapegoats moving up the food chain (when shall it reach MM? :))!

Heard two Mikes left in Aero leaving one behind (the big dog) due to AOP sh– wagon hitting them.

As long as the nine block employee evaluation system and its attendant abuses remain it doesn't matter who the hell is running the local show. It will remain a dysfunctional system. Get out while the getting is good. There is no savior who will ride in and fix everything.

Who was replaced/departed?

Who really cares? Would it change anything? No. New leader, same old behaviors. The best option is to get out of HoneyHell on your own terms.

To that dumbazz at the bottom of this thread, knowing an Executive Admin is like having top secret classified information access. Same is true with "lowly" corporate HR admins. They know everything.

It's called pushing on a rope. There is only so much work you can get from the greatly reduced workforce we have. Leadership needs to bit bullet and higher some folks in key roles if they want to meet their lofty shipment and revenue goals. We all know we are 1-2 people short in all groups. Blaming and pushing workers doesn't help ship anything.

Q1 not looking good for the Brayton cycle. ISC is repeatedly warned about negligent suppliers but only sends in the VPs in the ISC clown car after there is no chance at recovery.

Not surprising considering what has been going on in that org recently. Please share more!

This is not surprising and can only hope that Madsen and his pathetic LT get what they deserve for screwing things up. Hoping Tarazi, Ariola, Hillpot, Arlak, get axed for nodding their heads without leading and just following one sad maddog leader.

Lot of meetings on the calendar. I hope they fire the people in IT that screwed up clearwater so badly. IT is to blame if aop is missed.

Why not? Certainly possible. As a low level 39 year employee (before retirement) over the years I had developed relationships with several people that rose to VP and above. While they typically never shared exact names of other exec going on to "other opportunities" it certainly was discussed. Also other topics such as long range plans for roof top eliminations, general outsourcing and newly won contracts were shared long before they were publicly announced. It's call friendships.

What a stupid post. We actually supposed to believe that some low level employee who posts on this site has insight into the potential termination of an officer? Or maybe it is a member of the board that is the OP.
