When will Surplused Employees (From July 2020 Surplused)get their 2020 annual bonus?
Check the Management Compensation Plan document - there is a table under the heading "Criteria Affecting Eligibility for Merit Increase and Total Performance Incentive" that outlines various situations and whether you are will receive any bonus $$ based on your specific situation.

Wow. More and more I realize I made the right decision to volunteer to be laid off last summer. Earlier in the month, I received 3/4 of my bonus for the 3/4 of the year I worked. I also received my deferred 6 months severance pay and I am paying nothing for my continuing [retiree] medical.

I actually called about this last week and was told to call/email my old boss. He never answered (of course). Finally was able to get in touch with the org HR guy and was told I wouldn’t get one because I left on my own with no offer to leave. Kind of s—s, but I’m not worrying about layoffs anymore.
NO, I volunteered with an offer and left, no bonus of approx $100 (craft)
Can you confirm if you retired, resigned, laid off etc?
Maybe yes, maybe no.
Unless you retire, or are surplused you are not eligible to receive the short term incentive.
I have reached out to my former manager. I will keep it posted
If you quit I don't think you do, if you retire or are surplused I believe you should have received one.
My spouse left last year on her own and she did not.
Yes you should get a pro-rated bonus!
No.
