If this leadership was capable of admitting failures and learning from them. Everybody makes mistakes. But not everybody refuses to admit when they make a mistake and then advertises it as an unmitigated success. How about swallowing your pride for the good of the company, Stankey?

That will never happen! They just keep on patting each other on the backs and yucking it up - at our expense (benefit cuts, pension contribution reductions, surplus activity etc). BAU at T!
att is nothing but a george w. bush's - people who think they are perfect and their shxt doesn't stink and they never make a mistake and so they will never admit they make mistakes.
my whole time there did one manager ever admit they were wrong or admitted they made a mistake.
the whole place is inhuman.
An enhanced SIPP tomorrow ... that would be nice ... the rest don't really care, things obviously will never change.
Swallowing your pride??? LOL that is a good one. Why swallow your pride when the BOD lets you continue to fail, continue to be paid $20-$30M/year and lay people off to fund failed ideas.
Remember all the glorious talk about taking risks, failing fast, and take corrective action.
Stankey follows the model of taking huge risks, failing non-stop, argue he was right all along and never make any corrective action.
