I’m lucky to be able to run to the kitchen to make a sandwich while my phone rings and I miss two calls . I try to take a bathroom break every 4 hours .
When 5pm comes I know I still have 2 more hours of work to do because at least I know the phone won’t be ringing as much as during the day...
I depend on others to pick up my kids sometimes because I just got my claims for the next day and express is transferring calls to me from customers and shops wondering why nobody’s called them in 2 weeks .
My customer service scores are down the drain for delays on Allstate’s part but customers don’t want to hear excuses.
