anyone that uses their personal phone as a work tool is a s—er. this company has enough money to supply you with the tools you need to do the job. instead, they get YOU to supply the tools to do your job so they can put the extra money in their pockets. and if you don't think they'll come up with a way to monitor your texts, phone calls, & anything else you use your phone for, you're crazy.

I agree with the fact the company is not paying my phone bill. Instead of make associates put this in their phones. Give us the tools to do our job, or pay my bill and I'll put it in my phone.

Make sure wifi is turned on. Uninstall the intelligent hub app and reinstall it. Depending on which phone os you have, scan the 2nd QR code on the byod resourse page that you used to first sign up and that should fix your problem.

If not, pop out your sim, put it back in, and try it one final time.

Yes!

Turn in your resignation and get a job with a company that actually provides the tools you need to perform your job!
