In Oct 2019 it was announced approximately 1200 jobs were outsourced to Accenture. Over that period many have left through MVO or attrition. A large number got their 14 day notice on Feb 22 and leave tomorrow. The billing problems and Accentures lack of skills already showing and getting worse....

You just show your ignorance and lack of intelligence with your id–tic statements. You don't bill $180 billion in revenue with a small staff given the complexity and expansive product line we have. Billing is one of the most important contributors to our P&L with their controls, processes and monitoring that assures all revenue is billed plus catches errors by network, IT and product management in their role in revenue. You sound like losers who most likely contribute nothing and whine about everything.

Now ATT is paying multiple resources to ensure 1 Accenture employee is doing their job, when 1 badged ATT person did it before. Hmmm.

“I’m playing the worlds’ smallest violin right now“

There’s always one... how petty must you be? Hundreds of us lost our jobs due to leadership’s inability to perform an actual audit of job functions rather than just pull the trigger and cut entire teams. Many of us were top performers who were only let go because of our location/salary region. I received extraordinary impact reviews every year for a decade. I am a highly skilled DBA/programmer who was responsible for executing data mining that accounted for $100m+ in monthly recurring revenue. I was constantly the subject of peer, supervisor and client adulation to my leadership. In the end... I ended up cut because someone three or four levels above me tasked someone with no knowledge of my team, or any of our duties, to reduce us to cells on a spreadsheet and told them to cut where it will make the most impact on budget. There was no agile plan here... this was a willy nilly desperation play to save their necks and the necks of their inner circles. Even as people were retained, they made sure that they only kept one person where necessary. ONE PERSON to maintain functions of a team of people while Accenture screws up everything we worked decades toward. This has been a total farce and I pray that the FCC catches wind of how many regulatory and compliance laws they are violating with this outsourcing.

Good luck to everyone. Remember your higher power has a plan and puts you where you need to be. The good news is don't have to deal with a corrupt cesspool company anymore.
