Assessments in 2021 are from same vendor but different format and new puzzle tests.
Severance will be offered at same 2 weeks per year of service for employees with 5 years or more tenure that are impacted. Placement internally to other areas of need for 5 or less years tenure AND expected or above in last two years ratings will be done where possible.

These tests are bulls**t. They know who they’re getting rid of already. They use the tests as a cya to get rid of the people they don’t want.

Thanks OP! I too can verify this. I can add that Severance will not be offered for less than 5 years of service and those folks will be moved into different service areas and departments where needed via lift and shifts. Will keep same pay in new roles as long as current salary is within the new position pay band.
Allstate layoff every year now. It’s exhausting. What areas being targeted now.
Why test again so soon? What are they looking to find out from this test ? If they used the last one to see who was a good fit for “ transformational growth”and supposedly let go of the people who were not .

Here we go again. Another round of scientific humiliation. This is a ridiculous process meant to demean and demoralize the hard working people who are left. Just lay off people you want and get it over with !
