It's all about $$. We talk $$ in the meetings now. Some Managers and Supervisors are getting trained on the terms WS uses. It's just financial garbage because that's all the corporate team knows Parts grow on trees. If something doesn't get done then someone isn't doing there job. We have HOS and everything does run like a fine Swiss watch. All you have to do as an employee is get to know the financials and use the 9 behaviors and everything will just happen.

What this message really means folks from Maddog......we disrespect our employees the entire rest of the quarter, but right now you are critical to meet his overcomittment to Darius so forget about what he said about linearity and quality and get as much out the door as possible because now his a– is in the line. Maybe you guys should drop the ball at the end of the quarter and see what happens to Maddog and his direct leaders. They deserve to take some heat, not that they would realize who makes the revenue happen......I'm almost 1 year removed from this show and I can say, its been the best year of my life. I don't miss being a site leader or Director at this stupid a– company. Get out people and do the right thing for yourself.

Hey, this is the Madsen way people. He talks out one side of his mouth about the need to be linear and the need for quality and then he drives quarterly pushes where its all about the final push and $$$ at all costs. This will never change with him and the reason, this company will continue to decline, short sighted stock focus will not win the long game. But hey, what leader needs to win the long game anyway, he will be out soon and be sitting pretty with his millions. After he continues to gut the company and empty his employees pockets. Move on people, if you haven't already, there are great companies out there and I can tell you, they do not run their businesses like HW and they are very sucessful and ethical.
