Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Everyone has a breaking point

Address the person not doing their job. They are creating so much stress on other associates it incites a hostile environment. Everyone has a breaking point and when you are pushed so far on a daily basis something’s gotta give. These managers do not address the slackers, the one’s thT call off constantly and are unproductive, but then hole everyone else accountable.

Whoever wrote this is completely right! If I wasn't able to control my emotions I would reach my breaking point almost every day.

And then you'd quit and you'd probably be replaced by the end of your shift

You are right on. I and many others have brought numerous issues to the our top Manager, he does nothing. We have people in supervisory spots who could not lead a horse to water. You need to be cautious when giving people a leadership role when they have no idea how to be a leader We have one person who takes long lunches and it constantly late for work...I am sure they are fixing their time...nothing gets done even tho it has been reported over and over again. Then we have the ones who call in every week.
