The new Allstate commercial about "let's make lots of money" is nothing more than a direct slam on those recently laid off, the jobs that have and will soon move to India, and the short changing of employee wages. They may as well have had Tom and Glenn lip syncing it together. They are trying to masquerade this as customers saving money but we the employees know that is not happening. The commercial is just another disgusting slap in the face by the deranged sick puppies running this company.

WHERE ARE THE SHAREHOLDERS IN ALL OF THIS? THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!! TW COULDN'T ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS - HE DEFERRED TO GLENN. NEVER HEARD WHAT HE TOLD THEM AS TO "WHY" POLICIES WRITTEN ARE DOWN - FURTHER DOWN THAT "TG" I'M SURE WAS SUSPECTING......................
I think the entire Personal Lines Insurance business has taken an about face from emphasis on "protection" and "best customer claim service" to "saving $ off premiums". So claim service goes in the toilet as long as they can get a greater market share. They don't give a damn about the customer once a claim is made.
We've all heard the phrase: 'You can't make this up." It seriously applies here.
TW and GS have turned a deaf ear to the wants and needs of the very people who bust their a$$es every day to generate their paychecks. This is shameful on so many levels and they just whistle past the graveyard on the way to the bank. Priorities are all screwed-up and the "Because We Can" mantra is easily mated with "We Don't Care." Never, in the history of this once great company, have we seen so much dysfunction that starts at the top and trickles down — well more than a trickle now .. it's become a tsunami. It doesn't have to be this way AT ALL, but change at the top is necessary to fix it.
My guess is no one is listening or will lift a finger to save any of the good hands people.
Good customer service has been transformed into non existent customer service
Have you ever looked at the comments on Allstate's social media presence? Customers are ripping them to shreds not only about what poor taste all of the new commercials are, but about how they don't pay out and their customer service is terrible due to denied claims! The commercials are insensitive during a pandemic and amid Transformative Growth layoffs, sending jobs overseas to Pune all to line pockets of the board and top execs.
Cutting American jobs to lower rates is not the way. Customers and vendors are already complaining about long hold times just to speak with someone they can't understand and that answer any of their questions! People will pay for great customer service. This new model is not it!
Know this... "money" is what makes the overlords the "God(s)" on this "Hell on Earth..."
