Upper mgmt did n t even look at accomplishments. There is zero incentive for 2021. I'll be taking sick days this year.

More than the raises, employees resent the farce of review/rating and being made to feel underperforming resources.

And unbelievable timing coinciding with the Dtv sale!

Aww! The old let’s move on, nothing to see here, let’s look to the future, look forward not back narrative. Where have we heard that before? Being an ostrich and keep your head buried isn’t going to work anymore. That’s why the company is so indebted now, bad decisions following bad decisions. Wall Street isn’t buying it, the bill has come due for poor decisions.

The only way to do all the above is to have accountability for the 150B in debt. Retrospect, course change is necessary in a lot of decisions and management style to correct past mistakes then, the company can look forward. Until this happens the company will continue to flounder with a lot of volatility, low morale, market loss and stuck in an economic morass.

Wage treatment and bonus amounts are complete, let's move on. You can't re-contruct history. This is not a one and done, pay treatment will continue to be depressed in the years ahead. What can you expect out of a company carrying 150B in debt!

You sound like a bunch of managers that have your pants in a bunch . I have zero sympathy for you. There is a good chance that the lawyers in this company will decide to file bankruptcy, thus shutting down all lump sum withdrawals for the thousands of us WORKERS that are reaching retirement together. You guys got us to this point , not those of us that actually fix the plant and do installs. It was management that failed the company , not the workers !

L2 - Meaningful Impact rating (1st band). Merit increase of 1.5%. My Director mentioned the range was only .5% to 1.5% this year in my organization. I was told I received a higher increase because I'm in the lower band. Well, that makes me feel better.....NOT!!! According to the Compensation 101 call hosted by HR on Friday, if you can do your job without additional assistance and your rating is favorable, you should be in the mid-range of your TSR. I'm actually doing the job of 2+ people because of all the downsizing. After a 25 year career starting out at one of the regional Bell companies, this will be my final year. It's sad to see what SBC has done to this company.

Poor babies let me guess you deserve more for being a frontline l2 in the pandemic but the techs you shove in these nasty houses should just be grateful to be employed still right¿

I was told we’re just lucky to be employed. There is no Merit increase. The increase is because of where you are in your band. Merit has nothing to do with the increase. Merit has nothing to do with who gets laid off too. So all this talk of dead wood, we are all deadwood to the people above you.
I got meaningful impact, 1.1% increase. That is considered A C grade. You passed, no reason to fret. No reason to give any one anything other than Meaningful Impact. There was no extra Money for Merit. They told us last Spring there is no merit money.
