And you know why? Because anybody who tries to change things for the better, proposes we do something differently, or offers an innovative suggestion gets ignored at best, laughed at, or penalized at worst. Thinking is not welcomed here. Allstate just wants robots who'll do what they're told to do even if they know that's not the best or the most efficient way to do things. After all, you wouldn't want to make your bosses look bad by making it seem like you're smarter than them or you actually know what you're doing, right?

The senior leaders at Allstate up to Wilson himself are not smart people...not in the slightest. But the egos of these people do not permit change to be even proposed let alone implemented. Stupid people with bad ideas and processes in place who can't be reasoned with. That is why this company is facing certain financial ruin and collapse sooner rather than later.
