Just curious did anyone here get a raise above 1%. They want you to keep up your numbers and work hard but not much of a motive if all you get is a sh–ty raise every year.

This company s—s. Do the bare minimum and collect your paycheck, that’s all the jobs are a paycheck nothing more. Bill Stone is everything wrong with American Capitalism and this is coming from a pretty staunch conservative voter.

the dividend increased from .13 to .16 per share, debt was paid down and... shares were re-purchased, that's why you didn't get a raise, sorry bout dat. Over a billion$ was 'moved' in 2020 - and it's all on your back. Please work harder... your $25 gift card will be delivered next quarter.
everyone at the top is licking their fingers bonuses will be paid for extraordinary examples of de-motivation, cost cutting, customer gutting, staff reductions, and more. hey man, work harder...
