I see people often ask others if they regret quitting, and I can tell you I don't regret anything more than walking out on my job. But I'm not talking about Allstate, but my old company. I came here five years ago thinking I was making a good decision for my career. In simple words, I messed up. I left a place with much better work environment and bosses not knowing I was doing it. Most of all, I miss working for a company that doesn't just see its employees as expendable liabilities. But I can tell you with certainty, anybody who left THIS place is not having those kinds of regrets.

I feel you.
I left a competitor and damn do I regret it.
I am just glad I left. I joined Allstate for a short period and saw the lining on the wall, “it’s a sinking ship”. Poor work culture, pathetic attitude of management and some employees and how bloated the company had become. I just decided to leave before spending too much time here. So happy now where I am.
Yeah this place is a shell of its former self 10 years ago when I started .
This place is like the Titanic pretty on the outside but sinking with 3rd class passengers (us) trying not to drown.
The Allstate we once knew is no longer, Which is why I have no regrets leaving. Especially Allstate trying to figure out "working from home" and keeping tabs on its employees it became a mess.
