If you met and exceeded all targets under Santone’s sphere of control, you still got only 91%. So, it wasn’t 100% across the board. However, 91% was surprisingly higher than expected. Merit raise, if any, won’t be over 1.5%, I would bet.

Its a con; trying to make the employees think that they matter, despite all the layoffs, reductions, and elimination of benefits. Last year's bonus was 88%, so 100% is about an extra $1000 for me...before taxes. Very small in the larger view. Meanwhile, they hired Stephenson back as a consultant for $1million for 2 hours of work per day.

Yeah, we matter all right. /s

McElfresh announced 100%, what about corporate jobs not reporting to him?

“"How do you figure the bonus if you make 80K"

This is why this company struggles.“

While I get your sentiment, this is most likely a troll, craft person, or otherwise someone that does not receive a bonus that is fishing for info.

I was definitely pleasantly surprised to hear we are getting 100%. I was figuring this would be the year with no bonus.

"Oh, and let’s not forget that AT&T is a cheap company who doesn’t pay market value for its people"

If you actually think you're not being paid market value, quit and go on the job market...

As a former employee, I am interested to know how much of this I will receive. I called HR today, and they said they have no numbers to supply - call back later in the month. Oh well, something is better than nothing. And nothing is what they left me with when they dumped me in July.

Wow, way to find the undigested kernel of corn in the pile of p–p. A 100% payout after laying off 30,000 people. Way to go! Oh, and let’s not forget that AT&T is a cheap company who doesn’t pay market value for its people, so your bonus might get you to within 30% of what you should be paid. LMFAO

@3klf+199c6hCM If you dont want your 7200 minus taxes I'll take it. Your the type to complain if you were the head tester at a chocolate factory!

My bet is the actual goals were not met, however they are just feeling good about the people, and decided on a boost. Corp numbers were pretty flat last year.

And then the government takes at least half of that 7200.

"How do you figure the bonus if you make 80K"

You first need to know your bonus % based on your level/job title. multiply that by your annual salary and then by 100% (as announced the payout is 100% this year). Example below if your bonus % is 9% and your salary is 80K, your bonus is:

  • 09 * 80,000 * 100% = $7,200

Its nice that you management do nothings are getting your bonus. Iam guessing that it is larger then the 300.00 dollars that craft got. You know about 10 years ago we took home about 2 to 4k in team award money every year until the CWA and Randall conspired to take it away and replace it with some worthless amount based on some very small percentages . They took the money from the guys in the field that actually do the work and gave it to the guys that worry about our safety and check our GPS when they feel there might be something there to hang one of us with . Management does to little to deserve a big bonus , Randy should be in court or jail for the rest of his life for what he has done to the retirees and craft . Just one guys opinion.

Happy for the people who are getting the 100%. From a retiree with a particular regret, for healthy
people, use that HSA to the max. I could of, but didn't. I had my head stuck somewhere, you guys
know where.

I retired, got the retiree benefits, now on the AON/HRA. But. an HSA can be used to pay retired
benefits, such as Medicare part B. I'm in the boat where, after 2023, HRA is shut off, I get the AT&T
Med Adv, but I'm on my own to pay for Medicare part B.

When one door closes, another door opens, so they say. If you are healthy, and if with family
coverage, your family is healthy, better take a look at that HSA.

After retirement and age 65, the HRA is good for $2700 if single, and another $1500 for the
spouse. That could be chump change if you play the HSA right. And I hear you get an account in
Fidelity to play it right.

Thanks for sharing your hard earned life's experience. It's very much appreciated! and I mean that sincerely.

Just me, but I suspect there is some ulterior motive that Stinky permitted Poppin' Fresh to do this. Remember, the "leadership" is only good at enriching themselves.

I suspect that if Stinky did not pronounce this, Stinky and the others would miss out on some serious bonuses to line their pockets. So it ends up that they have to begrudgingly throw a few $ out to the employees as a result?

Remember, nothing Stinky or his henchmen do are for the employee's benefit unless it enriches them significantly.

Where are y’all seeing this?

McElfresh sent an email late yesterday afternoon, subject: Your 2020 bonus results. It went out to Bonus eligible AT&T Communications Managers. So if you work for Warner Media or AT&T corporate, your bonus numbers may be different. Below is text of that email:

2020 was a year unlike any other. Thanks for digging in and delivering extraordinary results in the face of all that the global pandemic and tough competition threw at us. After a tough first half of the year, your hard work helped us improve in the last six months.

As you will recall, we announced a payout for the first half of the year of around 80% of targeted levels. That reflected an adjustment to account for COVID-driven variances from our original department targets. With the pandemic in mind, we also recast targets for the back half of the year. I'm pleased to share that you overachieved this adjusted goal for the last two quarters.

As a result, across AT&T communications, our 2020 company bonus payout percentage is 100%. When we come together as one, we Win as one. Well done, you earned it!

Overall, we saw good market momentum and finished the year strong. We added 1.5 million postpaid phones during the year - our most net adds in a decade. And for the second year in a row, we added more than 1 million fiber subscribers. Importantly, the trend of premium video declines continued to improve.

Our priorities in 2021 remain the same. Accelerate momentum in growth areas, simplify our portfolio, improve the customer experience, transform our operating model and advance our culture. We'll share more soon on how those will align to your company bonus in 2021.

I appreciate your dedication to each other, to Serving Customers First and to growing the business.

Keep up the good work in 2021.

Jeff McElfresh
CEO, AT&T Communications

Great job McFresh. If that id–t Donovn was still in charge we be getting 80%. All that BS about software defined this and that, and he outsourced the h*** out of us. Focus on network. Network is everything. Wireless and Fiber. Great job AT&T giving employees 100% bonus. Well done McFresh and no credit to id–t Stankey or Rat Randall.

May be McFresh will finally get a clue, mobility isn't a premium service, without compelling upgrade offers, customers will walk. Wanna win the net add game, keep them offers going.

This goes for TV as well, get the damn pricing right for goodness sake.

Most people expected about 80% based on 1H2020 results.

The increase almost barely covers the extra vacation week T clawed back for 2021 (though not the rest of those weeks into the future)
