I was let go last year. Any word on bonus as I should get a prorated one. Thank you.

The actual calculation of the bonus is based on your 2020 earnings - which means 2 months earnings (Jan/Feb 2020) that would be preraise if you received one in March, then another 10 months earnings at your March 2020 increase (again assuming you got one.) It is not based on your full 12 months current salary. If you had any other salary treatment/change in 2020 - you have to take that into account as well.
As I understand, those of us that were surplused/retired (2nd line, late July 2020 for me) will get a prorated bonus, i.e. I should receive @70%. Should pay in March as usual.
Probably more like 57 to 58 % if you were surplused late July. 7/24 was the 30th week of the year. 30/52= 57.69%

Managers get bonuses. Union doesnt.
technically you should receive a prorated bonus that covers the amount of time you were on payroll. Everyone I know that had been let go in the past received something

" I retired in August, got no bonus money"
When do you think you would have gotten it? It hasn't paid out. You should be getting a prorated chunk of the pittance that is coming.
I retired in August, got no bonus money.
