I just got a new manager this week, that's my third in the last eight months. I don't know if the other two quit or left on their own or were transferred somewhere else (I didn't care enough the first time to ask and this time nobody seems to know or wants to tell me anything.) Any chance somebody here knows what's going on?

Worst 1st level management in many many years!
They keep getting canned or leave on their own because the special services green managers were told to treat the technicians like wire techs and the work isn’t being completed. Maybe if they get a manager with technical skills beside being an ex wire tech they might stay.
I love the managers who list their report location as the one they rarely report to. Must be a higher pay rate at certain locations.
I have 8 different bosses. That means when I make a mistake, I have 8 different people coming by to tell me about it.
They do it to piss off the workers and make laying off easier. Had terrible managers at att just rotating the garbage.
A lot of these lower level management shuffling, is basically higher level executives turf battles for more headcount and more budget.. this place is constantly restructuring... A lot has to do with corporate dynamics in the hopes of improving cost savings or getting more money. It makes for a very unstable work environment..but that's the T way
Do you have the slightest idea that most of the people in the company are "managers," and that most don't supervise anyone?
Please move my boss !
