a few neighbors of mine dumped att internet during the pandemic. they got tired of the service told them good choice and didn't even tell them I use to work there and they still don't know.
pandemic should of been shot up business for att. looks like it did for other internet providers looking at their earnings and stock price.
att is a dying company and until senior management changes it will never change.
Or, it really did help us. We would have been a whole lot worse without people being stuck home with little to do but use our services. This makes sense when you think of the ground work they are laying that earnings will be down or flat in 2021. They should be up in 2021 not down.
Everyone spending more time at home then demand for home entertainment would drive up revenue if AT&T had a good product. Obviously they don't. New SeekingAlpha article that they need to blow up their current model which isn't driving growth us correct. Poor management in the c-suite is still our #1 problem.
