Anthem executives would rather make employees work hard and dumb rather than hard and smart so that the responsibility will always lie on their shoulders to deliver results. That's why you see some positions work 60 Hrs and some work 40 for the same pay. Of course , anthem doesn't even pretend to engage with employee feedback. Everything is "hush, hush" don't want to upset the "Dear Leader." These are all the signs of a backwards company culture.
