Quick update. Turns out you guys were wrong. My 107 was underpaid. Already got my first 10% raise! Not sure why everyone is knocking hertz. It’s the greatest! Let me know if anyone wants a referral

'Just got hired at 107k' - more likely 37K. 6/10 troll attempt. Sounds like you figured out the folks who do real work make more than you.

Loyalty is no longer a part of the Hertz culture. Unfortunately the great leaders at Hertz who believed in loyalty are no longer there. Those were the leaders we worked hard for and were willing to go the extra mile for. Today at Hertz its about survival. I smile at my managers agree with them and tell them what they want to hear. You have to work hard to stay within the inner circle. My RVP is a babbling id–t. No clue of how to lead or make key buisness decisions. But we all circle around and applaud how great they are.

And why does it even matter, Hertz will be no more in 2021. Thanks God

This recent graduate is an obvious troll. Why would a newly hired Hertz employee be posting on this site? This graduate is a bitter ex employee who has been laid off and is now attempting to sow discourse.

This shows the type of person that is being hired in Estero today. Senior management laid off thousands of hardworking people and replaced them with this trash.

Here's why I think your comments are foolish.

At a time when employees are losing or have lost their jobs, you post on a forum which is full of threads containing criticism of senior management, disclosure of confidential information, concerned employees desperate to know whether they have a future with the business and worried as to what they should do.

So you blast a post telling everyone what you earn and whether it is good, or not.

For an alleged graduate, you don't have the foresight to see how insensitive that may be or have the intelligence to seek your answer elsewhere.

You put yourself in a position where any employer might think the same and wonder who this fool might be.

That's why I find your post incredulous, and you a fool.

FAO Estero Graduate - If this is a genuine post, you must be highly stupid to have made such a comment without thinking your ID would be easily discovered.

If genuine, then yes, $107K is very good for such an id–t as you.

I just got hired in Estero. Graduated this year and making 107k as an analyst. Is that good?

That how they roll. No loyalty at all. Its every person for themselve to survive!

Loyalty ended a long time ago at Hertz. Take a look at the alumni page and see how many 20, 30, and 40 year employees have been let go. Meanwhile, in Estero they continue to hire more cronies at inflated salaries. They're s—ing the life out of a dying carcass.

Not a surprise to me.
I've seen many coward managers laying off employees without any care...the same that were always saying how fantastic the Hertz family is to them!
There is no family, no care, just a paycheck.
This company is rotten.
