If people don't like the lines, they can stay home. The lines are here to stay.
Spending $100 to shop and then waiting in a line stretching across from the cafe area, cafe, Optical and then across all of HBA just to verify the items that already belong to me is cool. Definitely worth $100 for that experience alone. Only 47 members ahead of me!
Agreed, the door greeters caught a whole lot more than the scanners do.
The Steal and Go is still popular with the guests I see.
You’re so right! They are just worried about scanning 3items all off the top, not the expensive meat and items going out under the top items... no wonder our shrink is horrible
Didn’t have this problem when they had door greeters at door not member specialist.... plus door greeters caught a lot more items then the member specialist. I worked as a door greeter for 6 years before going to another department and I caught more then any of these people now. All these specialist do is scan receipts scan 3 items then let’s members leave so much money being walked out the store... but hey let’s pay them 16 a hour
