If I ran the company at least I wouldn’t enrich management while screwing over employees. There would not be any retention bonus when they are not required. No one is going anywhere. I would reduce management levels by the same level as employees. I would make sure there are no promotions while layoffs are going on. I would hire an ethics professional who could help guide the company at times like this to avoid hypocritical movements. Not just use yes men or women in HR. In other words I would back up the words of fairness and respect with actions.

And this is your management. You are entitled because you want to be employed. You are entitled because the mgmt want their bonuses and hundreds of thousands of dollars while you want to be able to buy your medicine or pay your mortgage. So them making $600k while laying employees off is just fine right after Christmas. At least they are having a good one.

You see how they try to bury these critical posts beneath fake ones about approvals or questions about benefits. Because they are afraid of the employees.

You would make a great government employee. If people like you ever ran a free enterprise organization it would be bankrupt.

You forgot to tell Timmy that in this day and age a 3rd place participant ribbon is really like winning and that entitlement is strong in your family.
