Why does ever T stock go down?
Duh! Because we have the Stinky and Boad of Misdirectors and years of Ratty blunders and T is the top big cap company voted the worse mismanaged for 2020.

the move benefits Roku, AT&T will continue losing subscribers, People dont want overpriced products, HBO RIP.
The deal was announced after market close on 16-Dec, so anything that happened to the stocks on 16-Dec had nothing to do with this announcement.
But why AT&T stock is down while Roku went up?
It is because Stinky is in charge and T is the worst mismanaged big cap company in the US for 2020!
Mismanagement has consequences!
