Honestly, do you recall a thing we contributed? Where is innovation nowadays (aside from the finance group which innovates non stop)

There was a time that AT&T was so innovative, that our scientists received Nobel prizes for helping discover the background radiation of the Universe.

- nowadays, innovation is defined as making up names for basically the same service, that nobody wants because it's so poorly mismanaged:
- HBO Go
- HBO Max
- HBO Now
- AT&T Now
- AT&T TV
- AT&T WatchTV
- AT&T U-verse
- DirecTV Now
- DirecTV
This used to be an innovative company, but we're talking half a century ago. Now this company contributes nothing of value to society. Nothing.
This company is a giant parasite that s—s the energy out of its employees, its acquisitions and its customers to funnel into executive bonuses. AT&T is not innovative or even competitive in the marketplace and is in no way an asset to our nation's economy.
innovation = att tv........lmao that's all we could come up with. Something the average customer laughs at when they see the 2nd yr pricing and the audacity of a contract. We honestly don't get it. We USE to compete. Now we are total comedy. I miss the days of having direction and customer service that was empowered to make the right decison.

In short, no. They've outsourced everything that used to be in innovation centers to low-cost vipers like Tech Mahindra. Stankey thinks he can buy any innovation he needs, just like he bought DirecTV.
