Easier than that is just to do turtle work for the overtime.

Turtle work - slow and slower. Take your time. Don't rush or run. Extend your estimated time to completion. Build a Cadillac on every job.

S— that cow dry everyday.

Make them pay.

That is our only weapon against stupidity out here in the field.
