1Q2021 employee reductions

What are the known plans for reductions in 1Q2021?

Now that AT&T has announced no dividend increase it is obvious they are struggling. 2020 saw large employee reductions and increased outsourcing with several top levels leaving in 2019 & 2020. We moved from corporate wide coordinated layoffs to layoffs by organization times throughout the year. When done by organization it is harder to keep up on what is planned

Q1 plans will only take shape at the end of Jan 2021, nothing is happening during the holidays, and now that we have a vaccine , it means that Q3 and Q4 may mean return to mostly normal.

A lot depends on how the economy behaves during Q1 and how much stimulus the new administration will provide.
