I read something on sharepoint that said availity will be taking over claims, eligibility and benefits, and authorizations come Feb to “eliminate admin costs”

Best IT ever!!
When the change in IT leadership was made we really braced ourselves so the every other day issues are not surprising. We choose to focus on our friends and family. Layoffs and cost reductions are the norm in this firm. Keep the positive attitudes and life much better. Happy New Year!
I haven't seen or read that but I don't doubt it. There have been too many changes to the servers and something doesn't work every other day so they can save a buck. Makes me sick!
