No, you do not get the match if you are not actively employed at the time.
If you took the VRIF in June do you still get the 401k company dividend match?

And how much simpler it would be to give a yearly payout versus the payout over the year? Provided you were allowed to work thru the year?

Not me, that level lasted less than 2 months.
At least they didn't send out the email with the calculator pic and say we are busy calculating. Like a single multiplication is time consuming.
From what I have heard was that they missed the Federal time frame that allowed them to change it this year or they would have...expect changes announced early next year.

Yea, let's give the employees a dollar amount of stock when the stock is at an all time high. We will be giving them less stock! Hooray for the executives! Honeyhell states that they care for their employees. Honeywell is all about screwing the employees. Honeyhell is also very good at wrecking profitable companies. Meanwhile, the executives are going to get massive bonus compensation because of the stock price and cost savings through the year, while us peons get to start 2021 on 2019 wages. If I weren't so close to retirement, I'd be gone. Likewise, my efforts are down, but when it comes to our customers, I at least try and meet their expectations. I guess I feel sorry for them for choosing such a POS company to supply their needs.
