F it, As an IMO team member I need to vent

I’m not getting a retention bonus so put the pitch forks away.

The lists are being made.

Female managers are given priority for safety.

It seems as if there is an effort to rid the new company of ethnic minorities, the go list is very minority heavy.

There is very little business talk, more political.

I can almost do the same work as everyone else, yet i get overlooked all the time during bonuses. I can lick balls like the best of them, am so totally being discriminated against. I'm a transgender, g–, native, ex-military, quadrupal amputee, with some other things that make me a unique individual (TGNEQA+). They are just so unfair to me, I'm special.

Do you know another oil sands company that has 2 Indian guys on the exec team? No? How about any oil sands company that has 3 D&I types on the exec (2 Indian guys and a British woman)? No? Hmm. Wow they’re sooooo biased.

Oh come on, IMO workers do not have access to a go list. There’s no go list. There’s literally 2 ppl in the company who even know the whole story of what’s going on and that’s DZ and SW. So making people panic with BS rumors. Whoever started this post is NOT on the IMO, I can assure you.
