Burning it down at the expense of the customer and frontline employees. Morale is low..RM booking to 95% all day with no care. Senior leaders sitting around having their c—tails not working while locations burn.

If you can’t run 95 you are weak. Be gone.
I see pretty much nothing has changed. Guess this is what Paul meant by business as usual.
