Now that Asia is mature I hear they are looking to outsource those jobs to lower wage areas like Southeast Asia and Africa. Too many band 4 engineers in Bangalore I guess.

There has also been great progress on achieving diversity targets. Lots of hiring people of color in other countries with targeted skin colored and gender based census reductions in the US and EUR. Very good news for those wanting to see more 'diversity'
