It isn’t just the boys being promoted without evidence of achievement. Clueless women are also promoted way over their heads to fill diversity quotas all the time.

As a woman, I'm impacted daily by the AERO 'old boys club'. Im ignored (as well as other women) until they need support or an emergency clean up or a revenue grab. Then where do they reach out? Rise up ladies! Girl power!!! Less pay and less recognition, is the norm.

When you know how to stroke MM, it pays off big time even when you under perform. These VPs are all folks that say the right action words and agree with MM's BS analogies of Costco and willing to defer to him for every GD decision....all are powerless, useless VPs and the reason why aero is a c-appy place to be now.
I see more of a girls club and favorable treatment based on skin color

ISC aero. BB promoted to VP after failing as CPO. SH promoted to CPO. TA moved to mech ISC after failing in procurement. SP promoted to VP after decimation of NPI.
