LKS will be the owner of this new entity before to long. His family will run all decisions in a heartbeat. The name will change and management will shuffle, but this is LKS firm at the end of the day.

Between him and Conoco they own the majority of the company together.
He’s like 92 now though. His inept kids will rule in his stead.
