Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Has anyone read and digested all of the new HR Policy updates?

Has anyone read and digested all of the new HR Policy updates...like only a 45 day non-working notice vs 60 days previously? Are there other biggies?

In the name of all that is holy STOP SPREADING THE LIE THAT THE NOTIFICATION PERIOD HAS BEEN REDUCED / ELIMINATED. Read the Displacement Policy on the policy web site, it still says 60 days. Nothing has changed, yet every 2 days or so someone comes on here and starts talking about 45 days or the notification period being eliminated. It hasn't been....in any way. The 45 days you keep talking about is how long an employee has to decide if they will sign their severance agreement. It has nothing to do with the duration of the official notification period. I don't understand why people who can't read/comprehend simple policies continue to be employed.
