I’m so glad to be leaving. Just ticking the days away and not looking back. As the saying goes “if you don’t have anything good to say - don’t say anything at all” - and I'm going to leave it at that when it comes to this company. I just want to wish everybody a quick way out of this place - because the relief is real. Good luck, all.

I know the feeling. When I gave my 2 week notice it was like a weight lifted off my back and the sense of joy and excitement ran through my veins. Looking back there were many more positve experiences than bad. Leaving my team was hard. Many others were in circumstances where they could not leave and had to stay. As you embark on your new journey remember those at Hertz who were key to yout success and continue to support them. Since leaving Hertz 2 years ago I have recruited 8 team members to join my new company and have referred 5 others to recruiters who reached out to me but I thought they would be better fit for the opportunity. Everyone need a suppot circle so even though you are no longer coworkers you can still be a point of support for them.
