Do not believe the “good hands” hype.
Unless you want to be unable to speak to a live body, want to do your own claim work or want to have your claim underpaid, stay far away from Allstate.
This is NOT the Allstate of old.
This is now a company that is solely focused on expense ratio and stock price. Nothing more....
There are many other companies out there at a lower price with better service..
Look at the smaller regional companies like Erie Insurance.

Let me get this straight. You are advocating for Allstate to lose more market share forcing them to layoff more people? Because you're angry you were laid off? BTW, why are you even here? You are laid off?
Allstate is no longer a viable insurance company. The billions still in the coffer is just the personal piggy banks of fat cat degenerates Tom Wilson and Glenn Shapiro. Glenn used Liberty Mutual the same way and Tom used Sears as such. Once Tom, Glenn, and their buddy shareholders slurp up all the honey that is left they will either retire with their millions or run off to be parasites off another company. That is all Glenn Shapiro is. A parasitic piece of human garbage that never worked a day in his life and is a career conman. There is a special place in Hell for that lying cheating scumbum.
Take photos of your damage , accept trash parts And have a guy in India write your estimate . Good luck if your car totals because India’s handling that too. Every American adjuster here is getting layed off.
