Totally agree that call center jobs should go to business friendly states. Our employees are better motivated. Keep jobs in the USA, just not in states with ridiculous policies.
don't worry when congress gets done giving millions to pakistan gender studies they will give your one time payment of 600 bucks.
Back to higher taxes so more American jobs/facilities can be offshored again with more layoffs. Watch how fast all the H1b visas etc start back even though we more than enough skilled professionals and talent in this country
The other problems it solves:
- Getting rid of American jobs through layoffs 2. Enriches the C-suite 3. Pays poverty wages overseas. 4. Creates a poor, frustrating and time consuming customer experience. 5. Saves them paying taxes to the USA while, the taxpayers foot the bill for all the extra assistance the newly American unemployed need to survive. 6. Will probably get pandemic relief and government contracts while offshoring more jobs.

It is real. I saw the email. The union says it's voluntary. They said that next step is forcing people out.
