AT&T TV - Watch out for the scam!!!

When DTV NOW came out, they failed to tell everyone that your internet account would stop being unlimited. When DTV NOW users watched a lot of TV, it drove their internet usage way over their cap and then they had to pay an extra $10 per 50GB. If you left your TV running overnight, by the time you woke up in the morning, you had substantial new charges. I had it for one month and that was the end of that. I noticed that AT&T TV doesn't come with an unlimited cap on your internet, so WATCH OUT!!!!

Let me get this straight, DirectTV has screwed people for years with a $200 a month subscription model and provide a cost to how much bandwidth you consume if you don't use "their" internet? The level of stupid this is and how people actually paid for is crazy. Cord cutting is mainstream as of 5 years ago.

Since I am an AT&T TV Now customer, I get unlimited internet. Cap's apply if you don't subscribe to an AT&T TV product.

notice how the employee offer throws a big NETFLIX logo at you with "free". Yeah, free app you can download. Have to make you think your getting something good like netflix to even get employees interested.

To be fair this product is promoted as bring your own internet. Knowing your specific internet plan and overages is up to the user.

Do they really not tell you that your plan stops being unlimited?

Tbh that could spin into a class action lawsuit
