I will 100% take one if offered.
I didn’t get a retention bonus and I’m senior enough and have a certain sought after skill set, so I have options at our peers even in this market place, or in a different industry.
I don’t want to work at this company anymore. It’s going to get really bad trying to integrate this Frankenstein, and so far leadership has messed up even the simple stuff. Bad sign so far.
I Don’t trust your leadership and HR’s approach anymore.
I am done (along with many of us).
If I don’t get let go, then I’ll be at war with this executive team going forward until if get a new role at one of our peers. Best if you offer the option to volunteer for a severance letter. I will take it. You and I are both better off that way.
