Are there any "good" employees or supervisors left in Olathe? (sarcasm) Anyone left there who hasn't sold their soul has to be miserable. What a souless and empty place to be.
Getting the R&O backlog down instead of worrying about the 11 reported new cases of Covid-19 last week , people’s bonuses are more important than employees.

Yes, agree, he does that in whatever role he is in and the reason he is loved by Maddog.....remember the last time he ran away from Olathe, the site was at risk and returns once the plan changed. Tells you all you need to know about his leadership abilities.
My crystal ball says: SK will be a d–k and drive away many good employees and supervisors.
If you are worried about the status of Olathe watch your site leader's actions....if he leaves then he's probably heard its closing, if he stays, its probably safe.
With everything that has transitioned to Deer Valley and Tempe i wouldn't have thought there is any more room.
But there hasn't been any more discussion about demolition of the 1207 building at Tempe.
Though to tell if they will squeeze more in either site.

Something wicked comes this way! Declining revenue will force more VRifs and IVRifs. Production will be consolidated to Tempe or Deer Valley. The remaining R/O business will be squeezed for more profit. Site Leader will crackle with delight! Quit, and go to Garmin if you want to remain in an Aerospace job.
It wouldn't be much of a surprise if our site is transitioned to a 3rd party.

Somebody told me they were finally sending the SBU and Corp level HR function entirely to an outside agency as part of focusing on core competencies. I think it was a chat comment during an outbrief with McKinsey or some consultant like them. Did that happen yet?
Not much, except for a bunch of complaining by the employees.
