A group of us gals got together last night. Most of us are friends from WFC. One is from BAC.
BAC friend asked us how things are at Wells lately. One gal answered, “They are trying to put lipstick on the pig, but not enough lipstick. It’s still a fat smelly pig.” BAC gal, an animal lover, said “Actually, It is insulting to pigs to be compared to Wells Fargo. Pigs are intelligent.” Ha!

People have no sense of humor. My grandfather used to say: “You can put a luxury throw on a tired old sofa, but it’s still a tired old sofa.”
Some old sofas just aren’t worth covering.
BOD brought in the highest paid CEO in the financial industry (ridiculously expensive throw), and Charlie is bringing in his own over-paid pals and creating even more over-paid positions (more ridiculously expensive throws). Sometimes the smarter choice is to burn the old sofa and buy a new one, rather than wasting all that money on the cover-ups.
Sounds like you gals had an earth shatteringly, intelligent conversation. You should be very proud.
