Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Will there be merit increase next year? Hear anything?

Does anyone know or heard any news that a merit increase planned for next year 2021? 2020 HPD in process, but no GCP news yet?

Nice to dream but HW raises are just dreams.

LOL. You should know by now that raises are always put into the budget for the new year so that there's something to take away in Q1 when it's clear that the SBG's can't make their unreasonable targets which were set by Charlotte!

No merit increase for 2021. Hopefully in 2022 we will get our 2%.

Got this from one of the Karen(s). GCP is loading budget. Expect a giant, huge, big, really very beautiful raise in the neighborhood of 2% for high Block 5's going through the roof for 1's, 2's and 4's in the 2.7% range.

They will give you what they said in Feb 2020 set to take affect July 2021. And here’s the kicker... they will make such a huge deal about giving you what they already said they would give you last year.

Given the number of 5-10yr people telling me they are looking to jump in march..
I believe they will do merit raises for very targeted populations.
Much like the stock options grants for the high value employees done a while ago.

You could probably hand out $1000 to every employee by dividing up the 2020 travel budget savings alone. ($100M or so across 100K employees )
