Bunch of old bank people without a clue as to direction or how to lead people. TOS management is just running out of the string until they get their golden parachute. It’s well past time to simplify, consolidate, and focus on what’s critical. Move away from yesterday’s banking model and onto a modern system.

It all stands, I completely agree with the person who wrote this elsewhere here, but it’s not easy or cheap to switch to a modern system ... or am I wrong?

I agree that creating and implementing a 1yr, 5yr, and 10yr plan is not easy or cheap but it is what TOS management is paid to do. Currently they have no plans, direction, or idea that this is something that they are paid to do. TOS management wants to keep the processes running smoothly with as little change as possible.
We are in the middle of a banking revolution. Branches closing, everything moving online, 24/7/365 banking. New competitors everywhere.
TOS management is stuck in the 90s. No ideas or clue that the banking model is changing. Just running out their time until they retire. One day at a time. Clinging to the old ways and old technology.

The people in TOS managers position need to be reviewed. There is a lot of bias, favoritism, racism, and slack going on in that level that is taking down the bank. Sorry to say that no matter how good the team is , the ship will sink if leadership does not do its job rights
