Today makes exactly two years since I've joined Hertz. I can tell you right now that I regretted joining within the first six months, but by now I feel it was probably one of the biggest mistakes in my life. I thought I was leaving my old job for a better place. I really should have done better research on this company.

You want some advice? You are a stupid fool with low self worth if you continue your employment with this trash organization unless you are earning over $100K+ annually like I am. Check yourself in the mirror and go find another employer. While I hate this company, I earn $140K a year in field ops and will ride this pony to the slaughter glue factory. If you don't make 6 digits get out now it isn't worth it. Hertz is a smelly pile of feces that will get flushed in 2021
The Hertz culture has a way of s—ing you in. Many are unhappy in their roles but feel as if they are stuck. I see your position as you have invested a good amount of time with this company. What they sell you vs the reality of how the company really is are two different pictures. At this point you will need to find a new job in the very near future as hertz will close its doors. Better to look now than later

Quit complaining and take some action! If you don't like working there try to make it better or just quit. It's really not that hard.
