OP Makes no sense. Hedge fund investments in stock goes to sellers of the stock. The company is not issuing more shares, they are not receiving proceeds.
The poor grammar here makes me wonder, are the Iranian and Russian troll farms so sophisticated (or desperate) that they are going to this level to try to create strife in the country?!?
