Depending on your area if frontline it micromanages and tracks every minute of your day and will dock pay by the minute from your PTO bank for each minute tardy, overages on breaks and lunches, or not deemed in a productive working status. Frankly it is the highest level of timekeeping micromanagement that there has ever been in this company. Even managers will be held to it to a lesser extent for exempt employees.

Somewhat. It’s a bit of a micromanager. If you sign on or out after your actual work hours your immediate manager will get an email. Same if you don’t take required lunch and break. That’s all I know for now.
