AT&Ts playbook at Warnermedia. Step 1) Centralize. Step 2) Place VASTLY under qualified puppet leaders in CEO positions. Step 3) Force out all existing Executives but pay them off to say they are choosing to leave. Step 4) All of a sudden appear to care about diversity and inclusion to offset low employee morale. Step 5) Fail at step #4. Step #6) Increase debt to keep paying dividend. Step #7) Fire everyone.
