I’m sure people in claims were told about “load balancing” and that’s why they’ve been receiving claims from other states. Did anyone receive calls today aboht your zoning? And that the load balancing is actually the ground work for your new zone? The pacific zone encompasses 8 states and the processors, are now a centralized processor unit LDU, is a centralized LDU unit, Repped and Unrepoed are the same So your teammates will be from all 8 states. So are we working from home for good then? Because that would be kind of hard to have meetings in office when your team is spread out over the zone. I’m not relocating to fit business needs... but that’s the restructure for the pacific zone . One RCL, 6 CSL’s and 6 TL’s.. and 13-14 adjusters/processors per team.

We are in AZ and it’s the same here a lot of “don’t knows” and answers in the coming weeks.
What office are you in? I am in property and we started load balancing for the past month. Now the managers are telling us that they don’t know if they will continue to be our managers or how the teams will be split up once the zones come into play, but said we should know within the next few weeks.
