Any service provider who overcharges their customers will be bound to lose them. I only stayed with AT&T because I have been too busy to shop around and switch. Also, my husband the dinosaur and not consumer savvy does not want to change but it will be a matter of time before I will convince him. There really is no reason to stay because their services are some of the most expensive around across all product lines.

AT&T executives are only looking to boost their bonuses with shoddy acquisitions like the DirectTV acquisition without any regard for what customers want. Even the AT&T customer surveys re: products does not allow customer to voice their thoughts but restrict them to multiple choice selection that only gives AT&T what AT&T wants to hear. That's why I never fill out those surveys because they don't contain any open questions. They don't really care about what their customer wants.
